The 220 Experiences

We create exclusive and experiential learning environments for youth, families and professional audiences.

Entertaining Keynote Presentations

The 220 Experience offers signature keynote presentations for a wide range of audiences across the country. Our approach is to customize a presentation that fosters an interactive and thought provoking experience in which participants walk away feeling energized, motivated and armed with a new set of tools to do their work.

For example, take a look at a clip from the Supreme Court of Oklahoma Judicial Conference, where our very own Michael Sanders made a memorable impression on judges with his choice of attire.

Experiential Training

It is the goal of all trainers to facilitate -to help people discover and utilize their talents as well as develop and practice the skills and habits essential to their success, to increase the productive capacity of individuals and teams working within the organization, to facilitate productive responses by employees to changing company needs; and above all to motivate and energize people so they want to learn and improve their skills.

The 220 Experience believes training should be a memorable experience...so let's create those memories!

Extreme Coaching

What if I told you that we could coach you how to juggle even though we have never juggled a day in our lives...would you believe us?

The 220 Experience enhances our training experiences with coaching opportunities to focus on helping individuals to become their best selves. There’s only so much training can do and where it leaves off, coaching begins! We help you tap into your super powers and be the super hero teens need.

Consulting

Consulting is simply the art of listening…and we listen differently…we listen with our hearts and not just our ears. The 220 Experience focuses on both organizational consulting and case consultations.

There is a formula to our success:

“Productivity is a performance art. When people are having fun, they are energized. When people are energized, they perform. When people perform, outcomes improve.”
